朱葉会展の新たな可能性と発展を願い、第１０２回朱葉会展では会員の出品点数を2点まで可、また一般出品・小品部門は学生及び40歳未満の出品者の出品料を無料とします。

第102回　朱葉会公募展は下記の規定により開催します。

■会場■ 東京都美術館(上野公園内)　において開催します。

■会期■ 2024年5月29日(水)〜6月4日(火)　(6月3日休館日）　　
　　　　　午前9時30分〜午後5時30分　　(入場は午後5時まで)
　　　　　　　　　　　※最終日入場は午後2時、閉会は午後2時30分

会員・会友・一般
■応募資格■ 洋画を創作する女性を有資格者とします。

■出品点数　会員・会友は2点まで。一般は3点まで。

■出品手数料　一般は出品作品3点まで10,000円　（会員・会友は不要）
　　　　　　　　　※学生及び40歳未満は無料

■出品種別　油絵・水彩・版画その他平面
いずれも上限150号まで(長辺227.3cm以内)。※下限の規定なし

■推薦　優秀作家は本会の会員、会友に推薦します。

小品部門
■応募資格■ 洋画を創作する女性を有資格者とします。

■出品点数　3点まで

■出品手数料　出品作品3点まで5,000円　　※学生及び40歳未満は無料

■出品種別　油絵・水彩・版画その他平面
いずれも20号未満　(長辺72.7cm未満)
20号以上の作品が一点でも含まれた場合は「一般」(上部)となります。

作品は自己の創作による未発表の作品に限ります。
出品希望の方はページ上部の「出品規定PDF」と「出品証PDF」をダウンロードして印刷して頂くか、『第102回　朱葉会展出品規定』を朱葉会事務所までお申し込みください。

■搬入　5月21日(火)及び22日(水)　午前10時〜午後3時30分
搬入は必ず搬入口(美術館裏口)よりお願いします。美術館正面玄関は使用できません。
作品は作品保護のため額装して下さい。
※額装不備により作品が破損した場合、当会は責任を負いません。
※油彩はガラス・アクリル不可。版画・水彩等はガラス不可、アクリル可。
梱包資材は搬入後忘れずにお持ち帰りください。
搬入代行業者(川端商会)に搬入を委託される方は、上記期日5日前までに到着するよう、出品証と出品手数料（一般出品者）を添えて下記へ送付してください。

■審査　搬入作品は審査し、入選作品を陳列します。
一般出品の入選者は5月24日(金)、審査終了後、郵便で通知します。当サイトでも発表します。
＜優秀作品には＞

文部科学大臣賞、東京都知事賞、東京都議会議長賞、朱葉会賞その他の賞を贈ります。
小品部門
小品部門最優秀賞を贈ります。

■搬出　 陳列及び選外作品⇒6月5日(水)午前10時〜午後3時まで
搬出日時厳守のこと。作品搬出の際は必ず出品預り証をご持参ください。
搬出は必ず搬入口(美術館裏口)よりお願いします。
なお上記期間内に搬出されない作品は、川端商会に保管を依頼しますので、各自連絡の上、早急に引き取ってください。(保管料は各自負担となります)

■授賞式　5月31日(金)午後2時より東京都美術館講堂で開催いたします。

■作品講評会　 5月31日(金)午前10時より。

　　 　　　　　お申込み下さい。
※状況により予定が変更になる場合がありますのでご了承ください。

■注意事項　　〇搬入出費、梱包費は出品者負担とします。

　　　　　　　〇※印以外はすべて出品者が楷書でご記入下さい。
　　　　　　　〇搬入出取扱業者名（本人が搬入出の場合「本人」）を

The 102th Shuyoukai Exhibition Rule
Place: Tokyo Metropolitan Art Museum, in Ueno
Period: May 29, 2024(Wed) 〜 June 4, 2024(Tue) 　*June 3,2024 Closed.
9:30a.m. ~ 5:30p.m. (entrance closes at 5:00p.m.)
*On the last day, entrance closes at 2:00p.m. and the exhibition closes at 2:30p.m.

“General Category: for member, sub-member and non-member”
Qualification:Women painters
Number of applicable art works:
UP to 2 for a member,and a sub-member
Up to 3 for a non-member
Fee: \10,000 (Ten Thousand Japanese Yen) for non-member for up to 3 works. (Free for members and sub-members.) *Free for students and those under 40.
Medium: Oil, Water-color, Print or other 2dimentional art work
Max. size is Size 150 (long side 227.30cm or shorter), and no smaller limit.
Nomination: Excellent artists will be nominated to members or sub-members of Shuyoukai.
“Small Size Category”
Qualification: women painter
Number of applicable art works: up to 3
Fee: \5,000 for up to 3 works
*Free for students and those under 40.
Medium: Oil, Water-color, Print or other 2dimentional art work
Size: Smaller than size 20 (long side shorter than 72.7cm )
If any work larger than the size stated above is included, the application will be classified to “General Category".

Works must be original and unreleased.

Works must be framed for their protection. 
*Shuyoukai will not be responsible for any damage to the work due to inadequate framing.
*Oil paintings may not be framed in glass or acrylic. Prints and watercolors may not be framed in glass, but acrylics are acceptable.

For those who entrust the delivery to a delivery agent (Kawabata Shokai), please send works together with an Exhibition Certificate and fee (for non-members) to the address below so that art works are delivered at least 5 days before the above date.

Evaluation: After fair evaluation, successful works will be exhibited.
The successful non-members will be notified by mail on Frieday, May 24 after the  evaluation is completed and will also be announced on this site.
Awards will be given to outstanding works.
General Category: The Minister of Education, Culture, Sports, Science, and Technology Award, the Governor of Tokyo Award, the Chairman of the Tokyo Metropolitan Assembly Award,,Shuyoukai Award ,and more.
Small Size Category: Grand Award .

All the works: June 5(Wed) 10:00a.m. 〜3:00p.m.
Please be punctual and bring the receipt with you.
